As a lifelong resident and Kansas State University graduate, Tammy Parker brings trust, honesty, and dependability to every real estate transaction.     A lifelong resident of the area and proud Kansas State University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Tammy Parker combines deep local roots with extensive real estate expertise. Alongside her husband, Todd, she has farmed and ranched in Marshall County, where they’ve raised two children and now enjoy life as proud grandparents of three. Tammy began her real estate career in 2000 with Olmsted Realty, serving clients throughout Marshall, Riley, and Washington Counties. In 2009, she founded Tammy Parker Realty, where her dedication to trusted guidance and personalized service continues to set her apart.

    With more than two decades of experience, Tammy understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant milestones. Her goal is to make every transaction as smooth, successful, and stress-free as possible. Her marketing background and lifelong community connections enable her to provide clients with the knowledge, strategy, and confidence they need to achieve their goals.

    Beyond real estate, Tammy is an active and passionate member of her community. She contributes her time and leadership to several local organizations, including Waterville Community Connections, the Blue Rapids Chamber of Commerce, St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (Church Council 2024), and the Valley Heights Community Education Board. Professionally, Tammy is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Kansas Association of Realtors (KAR), and the Sunflower Association of Realtors (SAR), and she holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation awarded by KAR.

    Ronna Trosper brings a blend of professional expertise and deep community ties to their role as Office Manager for Tammy Parker Realty, a position she has held since 2025.

    Ronna has built a strong foundation for their career by minoring in Human Resources and majoiring in Business Administration at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, gaining the valuable knowledge and skills essential for managing the dynamic environment of a thriving real estate office.

    Ronna's life is also firmly rooted in the local area, having lived in Marshall County, Kansas, for the better part of 14 years. This long-standing connection gives her an intimate understanding of the community and its real estate market. When not working, Ronna enjoys a rich family & business life. She and husband, Tony, are the proud parents of six children and four grandchildren and own their own laser engraving business.
